MABUHAY!!! My wife is from Santa Ignacia but to my surprise the name of the place is not found on the list of the Brgys. Also one thing Government agencies and their locations should be seen on the net, so that people would know where to go if they have some problems. MABUHAY!!!

My brother is MISSING...and still awaiting for developments and more information concerning about my brother Samuel Gonzales Jr. who was been missing since February 04, 2010.Please check his photo on ICHS message board in Umingan Pangasinan and also other details concerning the last day he was seen in Umingan 2443, Pangasinan as follows: 1.
