Bibingkang Malagkit
Filipinos has the creativity. When there was no fastfood chains, malagkit was the main source of cakes.
2 cups malagkit (glutinous
rice) 2-1/4 cups coconut milk
1/2 teaspoon
salt 1 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup coco cream
1/2 cup sugar
Boil coconut milk and malagkit .Boil until quite dry.
Lower the temperature while adding brown sugar. Place in banana leaf-lined
baking pan.Pour on top the coco cream and sugar and salt. Bake until a
crust is formed.
